Scope of delivery:
  • Giersch oil-fired blue flame burner GB, 15 - 27 kW
  • Fully automatic oil burner, tested and approved for EL heating oil with oil preheating (version -V) and electrically controlled air shut-off (version -L) and low-emission combustion (version -BI NOx).
  • Blue flame burner with adjustable recirculation for NOx emissions.
  • Burner tube adjustable to combustion chamber depth. Burner can be used as a downdraft burner.
  • Burner housing with base plate and burner cover, integrated silencer and sliding flange, AC motor, high-performance fan, mixing unit, burner tube, flame monitoring, ignition transformer with twin electrode, two 1200 mm metal hoses, and burner mounting hardware with flange gasket
  • Targeted secondary air injection intervenes in the air mixing and vaporization process in such a way that loud resonance vibrations in the flame are avoided. Therefore, very quiet combustion for a blue flame burner.
  • Good service position: all functional elements, from the fan wheel to the ignition electrodes and the air sleeve, are easily accessible.
  • At the end of 2019, the oil burners from Satronic/Honeywell were switched to Siemens control units.
