Return and complaint information


1. General return information:

The return or the right of withdrawal for an order is 30 days after delivery to you.

Please note the following, otherwise no return (credit) can be made.

 
  • the original packaging of the product must be present and must not be damaged
  • the purchase may max. 30 days ago so that the full purchase price can be refunded
  • in exceptional cases we also take back products later, please send us an inquiry
  • Water and heating meters have a test seal on the cardboard box, if it is damaged, it cannot be returned
  • the product must not have been used or installed
  • we need a return slip (you can get it on request) and also the invoice for the return in the package.




2. General information on the complaint:

If a product is to be claimed because of a defect or mistake, then of course you have a guarantee. The period judges
according to the manufacturer and ranges from 12 months to 60 months. Please ask about the guarantee period in advance
with us.

Please note the following when making a complaint during the guarantee period:

 
  • the device or the article can be used and were already in operation
  • we need a return slip (you can get it on request) and also the invoice in the return package.
  • the goods will be sent to us for inspection after arrival, we will receive a response after about 6-8 weeks
  • if the manufacturer accepts the guarantee, you will get back the value of the goods and the shipping costs
  • Payments can only be made after the manufacturer's test report
  • If the manufacturer does not acknowledge the complaint, you will not receive a credit and the goods will be returned to you



3. Return costs:

Please note the following regarding return shipping costs. The shipping costs are generally borne by the sender.

We only take on the shipping costs in the following cases:

 
  • for incorrectly delivered goods
  • upon receipt of a defective or damaged item
  • in the case of incorrect information in the online shop
  • upon receipt of an item not ordered
  • upon receipt of an incomplete product


Please inform us by email (info@badshop-web.de) and you will receive a return label to print out
sent and can then deliver the package to the shipping service provider.


4.Credit and payment:

You will receive a credit note (cancellation invoice) in the form of an email from us when we have received the goods again
or the complaint is recognized by the manufacturer.
We will then send you a refund for the payment you have made within 7 days.

That means as follows:

Prepayment = bank repayment

Paypal = Paypal repayment

Cash on delivery = bank repayment

Purchase on account = PayPal

Credit cards = PayPal

Direct Debit = PayPal
